1950’s Watch Advertisement

Stainless Steel manual wind Omega ref 14713 Cal 268 dress watch from 1960 International collection. The watch works perfectly and keeps precise time. It has a gorgeous original silvered linen dial and pink gold hands and raised baton hour markers and Omega logo. The cal 268 17 jewel movement very dependable and is visually pleasing with it’s pink gold plated finish. Photos are magnified and show details not seen by naked eye, the case measures 33 mm across (not including crown) x 40 mm lug to lug. Watch is fit as found with a two tone expansion bracelet.

2003 – 2006 Sinn chronology

German made Sinn 756 S Duochronograph automatic chronograph circa 2005 with a fully luminous black dial and hands. The stainless steel case has a hard black Tegiment coating which is extra resistant to scratches. The features include dehumidifying technology which avoids fogging and magnetic field protection up to 80,000 A/m. The case, bracelet and the sapphire crystal are in good shape all round. The serial number is on the case back and also on the Guarantee card that comes with the watch. Watch comes on its original Sinn bracelet which also has black tegiment coating, also included are two extra links for bracelet. Angelus moonphase Datoluxe pointer date calendar watch with original dial and an Angelus caliber 253 movement, circa 1950 vintage. Angelus moonphase calendar models have become very rare and collectible over the years, you just don’t see too many of these anymore. These models were produced in the early 50’s. The watch itself runs strong and keeps time; the day, date and moon turn over daily, and both pushers quickset the functions correctly (date and moonphase.) The watch is housed in a white metal case. First edition and highly collectable stainless Steel Omega Seamaster 300m Diver Chronograph reference ST 378.0504 from 1993 Omega International collection with attractive blue textured dial. 1993 was the first production year for the Seamaster Diver 300M, which Omega says ‘revolutionized the field of underwater watches’. Very nice First generation Omega Genève Dynamic ref 166.039 automatic cal 565 circa 1972 with black dial, white and black hands and blue seconds hand. The first generation of Omega Dynamics were produced between 1969 to 1972, the serial number 34013033 dates this watch to 1972. The dial has been professionally refinished and is in perfect condition. The case is stainless, signed inside and inscribed with four reference numbers that it was used for the four versions of this watch, two were manual and one other automatic that used a different caliber. Breitling Callisto steel & gold manual wind chronograph circa 1990. The watch presents very well as a luxury timepiece. The deep blue dial has sunken golden tone subdials. The sapphire crystal is very good condition and has Anti-Reflective treatment giving the dial a rich hue. The 60 click uni-directional bezel turns nicely and has 4 solid gold rider tabs, one of which is a generic gold replacement. The steel case is in very good shape; it has been polished but you can still make out the model number B11045 on the case back. These Callisto models were produced for a limited time run from 1987 to 1992. This watch houses a numbered manual wind Lemania 1873 movement in full working condition, it keeps excellent time over 24 hours and the 3 register chronograph starts, stops and resets as it should. First generation Revue Thommen Airspeed Chronograph with yellow/white 30 minute track in minty condition and with original box & papers and extra links, the date of issue was May 2000. The watch has a screw down crown and a quick turn day date function, luminous hands & dial and is powered by an ETA 7750 movement with a fully functioning chronograph and a uni-directional 120 click clockwise bezel. It is housed in a heavy steel case with a sapphire crystal with Anti-reflective treatment on both sides. The watch movement is an ETA 7750 which works without issues, as does the chronograph. Rolex Advertisement circa 50/60’s

Great looking and rarely seen black dial semi Bubbleback Rolex Oyster Perpetual automatic watch dated by the serial number on the case, 709186, to approximately 1950. The black dial with raised numerals and the hands are both original and have the original radium lume that was used in this period.
A slight paint loss has been noted to the text that would normally appear on the lower central part of the dial, just a hint of gold paint remains (likely from cleaning dial), text on upper part of dial (Oyster Perpetual) and text at very bottom (Swiss) are in tact and perfect. A serial number, 30856 appears on the movement. The case has two reference numbers, 6084 between the lugs and 6108 inside the caseback. Rolex was known to sometimes change case backs and crowns when the watches came in for service if deemed appropriate and this is likely the reason for the different numbers and a slightly more recent original Rolex crown. The watch runs well and keeps good time on the wrist. Steel cased Sinn model 157 chronograph with signed screw down crown from approximately 1978. The dial is beautifully preserved with even patina on the lume. Most importantly it houses the now quite rare Lemania 5100 movement (used in Omegas and others) with the centrally mounted, orange tipped, chrono seconds and 60 minute chronograph counter and 24 hour display in the subdial at the 12. Date display is in German. This timepiece is a true collectible. The watch is in perfect order, keeps excellent time.
