Croton Grenchen Nivada Alert wrist alarm with great looking original dial and eye pleasing long flared lugs. We estimate that this watch was produced between 1958 – 1962.
The watch has two crowns, the upper crown sets and winds alarm and also turns it on and off. The manual wind movement is signed Croton Nivada Grenchen and is an A. Schild 1475 17 jewels with Incabloc shock protection and is in good working condition. Case is showing brass on it’s high points but has an overall nice vintage look. This Vostok Europe Anchar is a big watch (48 mm) yet very comfortable on an average size wrist. The crown is located at 2 0’clock which allows for the large size to be comfortable without crown digging into wrist. The black dial with yellow highlights on it and on matching unidirectional rotating bezel make this a real eye grabber. The steel case is in sandblasted and it looks a bit like titanium due to the finish, case back is engraved with the K-162 Anchar Submarine and has a limited edition number 0912/3000. Great looking Eterna-Matic Centenaire 61 automatic with date, freshly serviced and keeping precise time on the wrist. Watch has a 1438u 21 jewel Eterna-matic movement with serial number that dates the watch to 1965. It has a black dial and gold tone sword hands and attached dial figures. The two tone steel case has a gold bezel. Photos are magnified and show details not seen by naked eye, the case measures 35 mm across (not including crown) x 41 mm lug to lug and comes on a leather strap.

1950’s vintage Buttes Watch Co Chronograph Swiss with light, evenly patinaed original dial, in white metal case with steel back and with Landeron 48 movement. The watch is in excellent working condition and is signed Chronographe Suisse on the dial and “Buttes Watch Co.” on the movement and inside the case. Photos are magnified and show details not seen by naked eye, the case measures 34 mm across (not including crown) x 40 mm lug to lug and is fit with a NATO bracelet.
