Croton Grenchen Nivada Alert wrist alarm with great looking original dial and eye pleasing long flared lugs. We estimate that this watch was produced between 1958 – 1962.
The watch has two crowns, the upper crown sets and winds alarm and also turns it on and off. The manual wind movement is signed Croton Nivada Grenchen and is an A. Schild 1475 17 jewels with Incabloc shock protection and is in good working condition. Case is showing brass on it’s high points but has an overall nice vintage look. A steel cased 1950’s vintage Jaeger LeCoultre manual wind wrist alarm watch. The P814 movement in this watch is in perfect working condition, it was serviced by out watchmaker. The dial is two toned cream/silver with a fairly even patina, and has applied gold tone numerals and markers. The stainless steel case is in nice overall condition and has flared teardrop lugs.
