1960’s Watch Advertisement

automatic Universal Genève Polerouter Compact from the 1960s in a slim steel monocoque case, dated by serial number to 1962 and with personalized engraving dated 1967. The use of the super-micro rotor cal 255-07 automatic (Polerouter) movement enabled Universal Genève to achieve a significantly thinner watch. This watch is in excellent working condition and keeping accurate time. It is also in great physical condition from the hands to the silvered dial, to the crystal and case. It has a personal inscription on the back (see photo) dating to 1967 and reference number 235101-3.
