The distinctive rectangular lugs on a round body make this antique Longines wristwatch a real eye grabber which is bound to get the attention of collectors.We have dated this vintage Longines by it’s serial number 5419598 to aprox 1936. The steel case is marked staybrite on the inside and bears the same serial number as the movement, this was how Longines identified their house produced watch cases in this time period. The manual wind movement is a cal 12.68Z and is in excellent working condition. The dial has been professionally refinished and the watch has been fit with a new leather bracelet. We can provide more photos on request, photos are not actual size of watch, it measures 32mm across (not including crown) x 43mm lug to lug.
