This is a great looking Rolex ref 4220 “boy size” Oyster case vintage wrist watch with original patinaed dial and hands. The screw down crown is also original and locks down properly, it is signed Oyster Patent. This heritage watch is fully signed Rolex inside case, on movement, dial and crown, and has been serviced by our watchmaker and is in excellent working condition. Photos are not actual size, watch measures 30 mm across (not including crown) x 36 mm lug to lug and is fit with a new leather bracelet
