This LeCoultre Futurematic has many unique features and looks different from other automatic watches from the fifties, the first thing you notice is that there is no winding crown on the side of the watch (it is hidden on the back). The black dial features two sub dials, seconds on the right and power reserve on the left. The watch is set by sliding the flat crown on the back towards the center and turning it, after setting return the crown to the neutral position (the words “slide do not lift” are marked on the crown, do not attempt to pull crown out this could cause damage). The dial, which appears to be original black with gold numerals, has two sub dials, seconds on the right and a power reserve indicator to the left. The case is yellow gold filled and is signed LeCoultre USA on the inside. This is a great looking vintage watch and very desirable collector’s item, it has been fully serviced by our watchmaker, is in excellent working condition and ready to strap on your wrist. Photos are not actual size of watch, it measures 34 mm across (not including crown) X 45 mm lug to lug. Watch is fit with a new leather bracelet.
