This vintage Tudor Sussex 17 jewel winder dates to the 1940’s/50’s. It was produced by Rolex as one of a series of oyster watches named after cities in UK. Watch is triple signed on the dial, movement and case which has the reference # 4540. The case is gold plated with stainless steel Oyster screw back, crown is not screw down type. The dial and case have been recently professionally refinished.
This watch is in good working condition and has just been serviced by our watchmaker. Photos are not actual size, watch measures 34 mm across (not including crown) x 42 mm lug to lug.
