Classic black dial Record manual wind made for the British army and with broad arrow and WWW markings. The broad arrow marking appears on both the dial and on the case back, this is the British Army symbol, the WWW mark means “waterproof wrist watch” Record was one of a handful ofwatch houses contracted to supply the British army during the second world war, other suppliers included Omega, Vertex, Cyma and Timor. This watch uses a reliable 15 jewel manual wind calibre 022K Record movement, it is in excellent working condition. Photos are not actual size of watch, it measures 36 mm across (not including crown) x 48 mm lug to lug. Watch is fit with a new leather bracelet.
