This is a great looking manual wind Rodania Watch with big distinctive lugs in a gold filled case with stainless steel screw back. Can’t help but to be reminded of some of the IWC Schaffhausen and Patek Philippe watches made in the late 50’s and early 60’s with similar cases. This watch is in near mint condition, almost looks like New Old Stock but it is second-hand vintage and has been used a few times. Works very well, uses a 17 jewel Swiss caliber 72 F. H. F. (Fabrique Horologe Fontainemelon) movement. Watches is triple signed on dial, case, and movement. The watch looks bigger than it measures due to the large dial surface, it gives the optical illusion of being oversize even though the measurements are standard size for the period. Watch has been fully serviced and is in excellent working condition and is fit with a new leather bracelet. Measures 34 x 43 mm.
