Manual wind vintage Lady’s Omega in solid 9K gold case and with 9k mesh bracelet.This Omega has been dated by serial number to 1968 and was cased in their factory in United Kingdom. The Swiss made Omega manual wind 17 jewel, cal 620 movement has been serviced by our watchmaker and is in excellent working condition. Dial of the watch is original and is in mint condition. Photos are not actual size of watch, it measures 19mm across (not including crown) x 26mm lug to lug. Overall length is 18cm (7 1/8 inches) at the largest adjustment
