Omega Seamaster “Soccer Timer” chronograph c1968

Rare red, black, and white dial Omega Seamaster, triple register chronograph with 45-minute timer and tachometer, designed for use by soccer referees and managers. The stainless steel Omega case reference number is 145.020 and the cal 861 manual wind 17 jewel movement has serial number 28081759 which indicates approximate production year 1969. Watch measures 40 mm across (not including crown) x 45 mm (lug to lug).
